Do you have experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud and a keen sense for modern social media productions? We are looking for a creative and motivated individual at our headquarters in Burgdorf to actively shape ESA's visual communication.

Multimedia Designer

70 – 100 %

• Print Media Design: You design and produce internal and external advertising materials – from catalogues, brochures and flyers etc. according to CI/CD to logos and packaging.
• Social Media Production: You are responsible for producing visual content as well as editing and finalising.
• Digital Media and AI Design: You create online media such as banners, newsletter elements and product images and actively use AI programmes to creatively support and optimise your workflows.
• Print Management: You oversee projects from the request for quotation through to final artwork and coordination with the printing company.
• Consulting and Concept Development: You advise internal departments (corporate communications, marketing etc.) on all advertising-related matters and develop variants for various media.

• Completed training in the creative/design sector
• Initial professional experience in a similar environment is an advantage
• Professional use of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• An eye for detail, creativity and the ability to translate innovative ideas into visual media
• Independent, resilient, creative, flexible and a team player
• Quick comprehension, precise, structured and efficient working style
• Confident German language skills, good sense of typography, spelling and style

You will shape the visual appearance of ESA and our franchise companies such as le GARAGE or sympacar and for the MechaniXclub. Your focus ranges from print layouts according to CI/CD to social media production (including video editing) and digital assets. You actively use various AI tools, oversee projects to print readiness and creatively advise our specialist departments in the implementation of all types of media.
