- During your training with us, you will get to know a new department every 6 - 12 months. This way, you can discover various exciting areas at AOZ and develop new skills for your professional future.
- At reception and in social counselling, you will have contact with our clients.
- In personnel administration, you will assist in creating and preparing contracts, contract amendments, and work references.
- In the finance department, you will process incoming payments.
- You will accompany us to numerous workshops on asylum matters, visit our asylum centres, and participate in great events.
Your Profile
- You have a secondary school A diploma or demonstrate good grades in the 10th school year.
- You have a flair for oral and written communication.
- You enjoy working with numbers and are characterised by accuracy.
- You have a quick grasp, are reliable, and responsible.

2nd year: 1,052.00 francs per month
3rd year: 1,578.00 francs per month
