Your tasks
You take responsibility for demanding area developments in early SIA phases (1–3). You identify potential, create decision-making bases, and lead projects in a structured manner to construction readiness. In doing so, you think and act like an owner.
Strategic development- Leading rezoning, neighbourhood, and design plan procedures
- Developing viable usage and development strategies
- Responsibility for feasibility studies, economic analyses, and investment bases
- Active participation in competition and planning procedures
You create added value, not just planning.
Control & implementation- Leading external planning teams up to building permit
- Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness
- Coordination of specialists and support of general contractor/subcontractor awards
- Structured management of complex development processes
You get projects rolling and keep them on course.
Leadership & responsibility- Leading 2–3 project developers (approx. 30%)
- Sparring partner for asset management, realisation, finance, and marketing
- Confident representation towards authorities and stakeholders
You take responsibility, both professionally and personally.
Your profile
You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering (ETH/FH) and bring at least ten years of experience in area development, ideally across several project phases.
What particularly distinguishes you:
- Several years of leadership experience with directly reporting employees
- Entrepreneurial thinking and decisiveness
- Understanding of complex development processes from the perspective of clients and investors
- Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill
- Interest in future topics such as sustainability, digitalisation, BIM, or CO₂ strategies
- Fluent German, good English skills
