Your Tasks and Perspectives

Personnel and professional leadership of the "HELP" group in partial areas
Opportunity to engage deeply with the training and future role of "Work Educator"
Strengthening professional and personal skills
Support and supervision of difficult personnel situations
Regular review and monitoring of work processes
Active participation in the HELP group (for example, area cleaning, gardening, courier tasks, cleaning tasks in logistics and kitchen areas, winter service)

What You Bring to This Position

Completed vocational training EFZ with several years of professional experience in a craft field
Resilient and flexible personality with strong willingness to learn and perform
Strong social skills and ability to work in a team
High interest in supporting people with deficits
Permanent driving license category B
