Technical Consultant Property Management 100% (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Design of project-related or customer-requested special solutions in steel and aluminium
• Feasibility assessments for special profiles, seals and fittings
• Preparation of material calculations for special solutions using our in-house software
• Conducting thermal calculations to determine the heat transfer coefficient
• Supporting our internal property consultants through technical elaborations as well as the development and evaluation of special constructions in collaboration with façade planners

Your profile

• Training as a metal construction technician EFZ or metalworker EFZ with additional training as a metal construction technician
• Experience in metal and façade construction
• Very good German skills; foreign languages such as French or Italian are desirable
• Proficient use of AutoCAD, MS Office and ideally JANIsoft & LogiKal
