For our special hearing centre in the Dielsdorf Health Centre we are looking for a committed and service-oriented

Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor Hearing Acoustics (m/f/d) at Neuroth

60% workload

Locations: Dielsdorf Health Centre and Winterthur

What to expect

With your organisational talent and warm manner, you contribute significantly to making people feel completely comfortable at Neuroth

• You look after our customers by phone and in person, arrange appointments and ensure first-class customer care.

• You coordinate the appointment calendar and independently handle administrative tasks as well as cash management.

• You carry out service work on hearing aids and advise on accessories and additional products.

• You take care of stock management including orders, goods receipt and inspection.

• Working days mandatory: Monday, Tuesday Dielsdorf, Friday Winterthur

What you bring with you

You are communicative, service-oriented and enjoy working with people:

• Enjoyment of sales and personal advice - ideally with experience in retail or sales.

• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a high degree of empathy.

• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working.

• Interest in technical and electronic products as well as good IT affinity.

• Strong communication skills, team spirit and the motivation to continuously develop yourself.

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written.
