Our service centre is part of Soltark by Hoelzle AG and is the central point of contact for diagnosis and repair of EcoFlow power stations and balcony power plants, for warranty and spare parts cases – as well as for customised cable assemblies and product repairs in our Hoelzle vehicle electrics division. As an organiser, you take on the operational organisation of the workshop and make a decisive contribution to excellent service quality. The special feature of this role: you coordinate the daily business and create the framework conditions for efficient processes. Deployment planning, priorities & quality are your responsibility. At the same time, you remain hands-on. Personnel management is deliberately handled by the management of Soltark: you focus fully on the technical and organisational aspects, without personnel administration. You do this by taking on the following tasks:

Your Tasks

• Carrying out repair work, diagnostics and cable assemblies – you actively work yourself
• Operational organisation of the service centre: deployment planning, prioritisation and quality assurance in daily business
• Ensuring fixed workshop capacity for Hoelzle cable assembly and product repairs (around 30%) – you schedule and keep these blocks free
• Technical advice on repairs, warranty and service cases
• Complaint management and ensuring sustainable solutions
• Spare parts management and resource planning
• Continuous analysis and optimisation of service processes – you actively help to build clear processes and transparency

Your Profile

• Friendly and warm manner in dealing with people
• Technical training or further education in the field of vehicle electrics, domestic electrics or electronics
• Enjoyment of organisation and order: workshop, spare parts and processes are well planned by you
• Experience in after-sales service
• Good oral and written knowledge of German and English – French is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and resilient
• IT skills: MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
