HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

• Comprehensive support and advice to managers on all HR-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Competent sparring partner for managers in the areas of leadership, personnel development, change management, organisational development, and employment law matters.

• Independent execution and support of recruitment processes from needs analysis to successful appointment.

• Support of two defined business areas with a total of around 200 employees and close collaboration with the responsible managers.

• Advice and support for employees on personnel, organisational, and employment law issues.

• Ensuring the correct application and implementation of leadership and HR tools as well as relevant HR processes and guidelines.

• Creation, analysis, and interpretation of HR key figures, reports, and statistics as a basis for well-founded management decisions.

• Participation in recurring annual HR processes such as performance management, salary and bonus rounds, personnel planning, as well as talent and succession processes.

• Independent management and implementation of HR projects as well as active involvement in the further development of HR processes, tools, and standards.

• Promotion of a constructive leadership and corporate culture as well as support in the implementation of strategic personnel topics.

• Successfully completed commercial training and further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma

• Professional experience in a comparable role

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory for this position

• Proficient MS Office user skills

• Very good Abacus knowledge is an advantage

• Very reliable, loyal, and independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills

• Resilient, flexible, and discreet

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
