As part of an exclusive mandate we support an established service company based in the city of Zurich in filling a key position in the HR area. The company is characterised by a professional service approach, a strong customer focus and committed employees.
To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for an engaged, motivated and dynamic personality by arrangement as
HR Manager 80-100% (f), Zurich
Your tasks:
- Advice and support for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters
- Responsibility for the operational and administrative implementation of the entire HR lifecycle from entry to exit
- Ensuring correct and timely payroll processing and
-payment in cooperation with the external payroll provider - Support and participation in the recruitment of specialists and executives including accompanying the entire selection process
- Ensuring compliance with labour law and regulatory requirements
- Deputising for the HR management in the entire HR day-to-day business as well as participation and management of various HR projects
- Taking over and supporting the optimisation of processes as well as further digitalisation
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training and further training as an HR specialist mandatory
- Sound knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle and several years of experience in operational HR
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
- Strong advisory and communication skills as well as a confident appearance
- Responsible and trustworthy personality with initiative
- High service orientation and enjoyment in interacting with employees and managers
- Proficient MS Office skills, digitally savvy and enjoyment in using modern IT tools
