Telephone Operator (f) – Cold Calling 20–40 %

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and communicative telephone operator (f) for active new customer acquisition in the cleaning industry.

Your Task

You are our voice on the phone and play an important role in acquiring new customers. Using existing telephone lists, you contact potential new customers, present our services, and arouse their interest in cooperation. Your main goal is to arrange qualified inspection appointments for our field service.

Your Profile

• Experience in call centres, telephone marketing or cold calling (mandatory)
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and active new customer acquisition
• Strong negotiation skills and a convincing manner
• Pleasant, likeable and persuasive telephone voice
• Accent-free Swiss German
• Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style
• Extroverted, sociable and communicative personality
• Persistence and motivation to continue even after a "no" on the phone

Your Area of Responsibility

• Active telephone marketing and cold calling
• Telephone contact with potential new customers
• Presentation of our services in the area of maintenance cleaning
• Determination of customer needs and establishment of initial contact
• Arrangement of inspection appointments for our field service
• Maintenance and documentation of telephone contacts
