Senior Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Senior Architect Design & Project Management (80-100%) for the development and management of architecturally demanding building projects. You will accompany projects from the initial concept and design through planning to execution and realisation, taking responsibility for the design and planning quality. In addition to independent project management, you will coordinate clients, specialist planners, authorities and internal project teams and participate in competitions and project developments. The position combines design expertise, architecture and project management with professional leadership responsibility and long-term creative scope.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of demanding architecture projects from design to realisation
Development of architectural concepts, designs and project strategies
Responsibility for design and planning quality across the relevant SIA phases
Handling of urban planning, new build, conversion and interior architecture projects
Leadership and professional coordination of internal project teams and architects
Management and coordination of specialist planners, specialists and other project participants
Consultation and coordination with clients and authorities during project development and planning
Development and review of floor plans, façades, materialisation and construction concepts
Participation and leadership role in architecture competitions, studies and project developments
Management of planning quality, deadlines and project-related costs
Model-based project processing and coordination with ArchiCAD 3D
Support of execution planning and realisation to ensure architectural quality until completion
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in architecture at ETH, FH or university level or equivalent higher education qualification
Several years of professional experience in managing demanding architecture and building projects
Solid expertise in design, planning and architectural project management
Experience in professional leadership and coordination of project teams
Very good knowledge of Swiss SIA phases, planning processes and building standards
Good user skills in ArchiCAD 3D and digital planning processes
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
