Technical Purchaser (m/f/d)
The ROCKEN partner is a leading Swiss industrialisation partner for technical B2B products. Our partner serves high-tech sectors such as MedTech, GreenTech, semiconductors, vacuum, optics, or aerospace, as well as traditional industrial customers such as the machinery or automotive industries.
From development to series production, you offer tailor-made outsourcing solutions from a single source. Engineering, contract manufacturing (including cleanroom assembly), metal processing, and surface treatment are among their core competencies, which you further develop with a strong focus on digitalisation. Our partner offers a holistic service to their customers, including the development of suitable technology for the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement of mechatronic components and assemblies, including obtaining, analysing, and negotiating offers as well as monitoring deadlines and coordinating supplier activities
- Responsible for creating production and procurement planning based on sales orders to ensure a continuous balance between costs, deadlines, quality requirements, and risks, as well as ensuring seamless and system-compliant process execution
- With a focus on cost optimisation, you rely on smart negotiations of framework agreements and work closely with project management and sales to ensure continuous exchange as a hub.
Qualifications:
- Technical basic training with business or commercial further education.
- At least three years of procurement experience in B2B business.
- Comprehensive knowledge in the use of ERP systems (especially NAV) as well as MS Office applications
- You are able to conduct negotiations with suppliers confidently in German and English.
- Your open and agile manner significantly contributes to the continuous transformation process
