- Our customers always receive expert and friendly advice so that they feel completely comfortable with us
- You understand and live the sales philosophy of Ochsner Sport and thus help to inspire our customers
- You ensure sales readiness through complete assortments, order and cleanliness
- You actively support the implementation of merchandising regulations to always present our products optimally
- You ensure efficient management of goods both at the POS and in the warehouse to always provide an appealing and well-sorted sales area
- You have a basic education in sales with a federal certificate of competence in the sports sector
- You have a passion for sport and are active yourself
- You master the German language effortlessly; other national languages are an advantage
- You have ideally already successfully completed training as a vocational trainer
- Team spirit is a matter of course for you
