You take care of the apprentices and ensure their professional training
Our customers always receive expert and friendly advice so that they feel completely comfortable with us
You understand and live the sales philosophy of Ochsner Sport and thus help to inspire our customers
You ensure sales readiness through complete assortments, order and cleanliness
You actively support the implementation of merchandising regulations to always present our products optimally
You ensure efficient management of goods both at the POS and in the warehouse to always provide an appealing and well-sorted sales area

Our requirements:

You have a basic education in sales with a federal certificate of competence in the sports sector
You have a passion for sport and are active yourself
You master the German language effortlessly; other national languages are an advantage
You have ideally already successfully completed training as a vocational trainer
Team spirit is a matter of course for you
