Certified Nursing Specialist 50 – 100 %
YOUR TASKS- You regularly take shift responsibility and keep an overview of the department
- As a key contact person, you accompany our residents individually, empathetically and professionally
- You assess care-relevant information, formulate nursing diagnoses and derive appropriate measures
- You organise, delegate and monitor care and support processes proactively
- Together with the team, you help shape a respectful, resource-oriented care culture
YOUR PROFILE
- A completed education as a certified nursing specialist HF, FH or equivalent
- Experience and deep interest in the topic of palliative care
- You bring the willingness to take responsibility and to act as a role model
- Interest in actively contributing to the continuous development of care processes and standards
- Openness to personal and professional growth
