You like to keep an overview, think ahead and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background? With your independent, reliable and straightforward manner, you support the Head of the Learning Organisation Department in daily work and thus create important freedom for leadership, development and collaboration.
What you can achieve with us
- You support the Head of the Learning Organisation Department administratively and organisationally and ensure a well-structured working day.
- You coordinate appointments, meetings and leadership bodies and keep a reliable eye on calendars, pending tasks and deadlines.
- You prepare meeting documents, presentations, agendas and correspondence and take minutes.
- You support projects and cross-departmental topics administratively and organisationally.
- You independently organise workshops, external meetings and smaller events.
- You maintain filing systems and overviews, take on minor enquiries and contribute ideas to improve administrative processes.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a commercial education.
- You work independently, proactively, reliably and well organised.
- You keep an overview even in turbulent phases and can assess priorities well.
- You communicate openly and professionally and handle confidential information discreetly.
- You work very confidently with digital tools and also use AI applications sensibly.
- You have very good German skills. French skills are an advantage.
- You bring a positive, straightforward manner and are welcome to have a sense of humour.
Benefits
Working hours:
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
Holidays:
At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
Salary:
Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and transparent salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civil service
Social insurance:
Above-average contribution to the Bernese pension fund, payment of half the premium for non-occupational accident, supplementary accident and daily sickness allowance insurance
