Responsibilities
- Participation in research and service projects
- Involvement in the acquisition of third-party funding (e.g. Innosuisse, SNSF)
- Knowledge transfer in bachelor programmes and continuing education (CAS)
- Supervision of bachelor and diploma theses
- Preparation of scientific publications, expert reports and reports
Profile
- Completed university degree (Master) in economics or social sciences in the field of Strategic Management and/or Leadership
- Clear motivation to pursue a doctorate at a university (we support you in pursuing your doctoral project)
- Several years of relevant professional or practical experience in areas such as strategy, leadership, organisational development, transformation, consulting or comparable functions
- Strong interest in scientifically reflecting, systematising and further developing practical issues
- Ability and willingness to connect practical and research perspectives – especially in teaching and applied research
- Enjoyment of research-based, practice-oriented teaching as well as collaboration with students and external practice partners
- Didactic qualification or willingness to obtain it
- Very good German and English skills
