To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, independent, and versatile personality for the role of

Commercial Employee Finance, 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

What awaits you:

• You work independently in finance and accounting and are responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and prepare VAT returns and tax declarations.
• You are responsible for payment processing and dunning.
• You support liquidity planning, controlling, and finance-related evaluations.
• You actively participate in payroll accounting.
• You manage subsidiary ledgers and asset accounting and ensure correct posting and reconciliation with the general ledger.
• You support management and team leaders administratively and organisationally and take on general back-office tasks, correspondence, and data maintenance, and occasionally welcome and assist customers and business partners.
• You assist with various organisational matters such as material management and ICT.
• You are an important hub, think ahead, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background.

What you bring:

• You have completed commercial vocational training and ideally have further training as a finance and accounting clerk or equivalent.
• You have several years of professional experience in finance as well as with interim and annual financial statements.
• You enjoy finance, administration, and varied tasks.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and keep an overview.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; good knowledge of French is a plus.
