For our client, we are looking for a SRK Nursing Assistant for a modern medical facility in the public sector in Zollikon (Switzerland). The organisation is well established, hands-on managed and places great emphasis on quality-oriented, respectful care.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out SRK nursing assistance in daily routine according to instructions and care plan
  
• 1:1 care of patients in a psychiatric setting
  
• Support with basic care (e.g. mobilisation, hygiene, positioning)
  
• Accompanying daily routines and promoting stability, orientation and safety
  
• Observing and passing on relevant information to the nursing and care team
  
• Active collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuous care
  
• Professional handling of challenging situations - calm, respectful and consistent
  
• Documentation of relevant activities according to internal standards
  

Your Profile

• SRK Nursing Assistant (valid training/recognised certificate)
  
• Experience in psychiatry (desirable: practical assignments in inpatient or care-related settings)
  
• Proven ability for 1:1 care and building reliable key nursing relationships
  
• Fluent English skills (for communication within the team and/or with patients/relatives)
  
• Strong observational skills and confident assessment of changes in behaviour or condition
  
• High social competence and respectful communication when dealing with vulnerable people
  
• Resilience and stress tolerance in shift work
  
• Reliability and responsible working according to standards
