Field Sales Representative in the Bern Region 100% (m/f/d)

We represent the categories of food, confectionery, beverages and reach more than 8 million consumers through our channels in retail, wholesale, convenience and food service. At the Neuendorf location, we employ more than 50 dedicated and highly qualified staff. For our Business Unit Kellogg, we are looking for YOU as a new team member immediately or by arrangement!

TASKS you will enjoy:

- Support of sales outlets in the defined area (Bern, part of Seeland, Bernese Oberland, part of Valais)
- Implementation of pre-sales, activities and promotions at Migros, Coop as well as in cash & carry wholesale
- Placement and setup of displays and other advertising materials at the 2nd POS
- Planning and organisation of tastings (no personal participation)
- Product presentation at the point of sale / merchandising as well as FIFO controls
- Active market development
- Competitor monitoring in the market as well as regular reporting to supervisors
- Work and route planning
- Responsibility for own field sales warehouse in Muri BE
- Participation in regional and national sales meetings
- General administrative tasks (e.g. preparation of reports, price comparisons, weekly summaries, POS material management)

REQUIREMENTS you bring:

- Completed vocational training in retail or commercial basic training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or several years of experience as a department manager in retail
- Knowledge of Swiss retail
- Fluent German, good spoken French skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, AX Dynamics is an advantage
- Driving licence B
- Enthusiasm for Kellogg’s and Pringles products
- Sales talent with networking skills
- Independence, self-organisation, assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, self-motivation, confident appearance, well-groomed appearance
