Your tasks
- Conduct written, telephone or personal negotiations with taxpayers and representatives
- Advise customers by phone or at the counter
- Carry out debt collection measures supported by the system in accordance with the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act
- Process and decide on deferral, remission and waiver requests
- Handle payment transactions, as well as make postings and write-offs
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent training (knowledge of debt enforcement procedures is an advantage)
- Enjoy working independently, as well as dealing with numbers and people, in telephone, personal and written customer contact
- Team spirit and openness to different communication cultures
- Decision-making ability and negotiation skills
- French language skills are an advantage
- You show sensitivity even in hectic situations and remain calm and factual
