Export Clerk Technical Products 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Responsibilities:
Handling customer orders throughout the entire project process
Preparation and verification of relevant shipping and export documents
Coordination of international machine transports with freight forwarders
Monitoring delivery dates and shipping orders
Processing order confirmations, invoices and packing lists
Coordinating logistical processes with sales
Support with customs formalities and export documents
Assistance with administrative tasks within the sales department
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with strong technical understanding or technical apprenticeship with commercial further training
At least three years of experience in export business with technical products
Good knowledge of customs, freight forwarding and export processes
Confident use of SAP and MS Office
Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
Independent working style and good organisational skills
Customer-oriented communication with internal and external contacts
Very good German as well as business fluent English, spoken and written
