As a Technical Specialist, you provide all customers with technical support and competent problem-solving. At the same time, you inspire enthusiasm for our products and services. You ensure an exceptional service experience and show our customers how to make the most of their Apple products.
As a Technical Specialist, you also inform customers about repair options as well as Apple products and services.
You deepen your knowledge of Apple products and services as well as repair processes at the Genius Bar and always stay up to date to support efficient, first-class repairs.
You provide friendly, empathetic support to customers who need help with Apple products or software. For this, you use all the tools and resources available to you at Apple.
You diagnose issues with selected Apple hardware and software and address service concerns.
Together with the team leaders, you identify recurring repair problems and other customer service concerns to provide appropriate feedback to Apple.
You offer Apple customers outstanding service by understanding their needs, recognising ownership opportunities, recommending products and services, and presenting them with different purchasing options.
You take on additional tasks as needed, including supporting customer activities on and off the floor.
You contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and being open to learning new things.
