Sales & Purchasing Administrator Internal Sales (80–100%)

 Your tasks

• Telephone and written support as well as advice to our customers and suppliers
• Independent handling of the entire purchasing and sales process for various product ranges
• Order processing from quotation to delivery including deadline and delivery monitoring
• Coordination between customers, suppliers (domestic and abroad) and our field service
• Maintenance and updating of customer and article data in the ERP system
• Processing and follow-up of complaints and returns
• Organisation and monitoring of imports, exports and shipping processes with freight forwarders

 Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales and purchasing internal sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• Interest in technical products and a good understanding of technical contexts
• Very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
• Ideally experience or further training in export (customs, origin, preferences, Incoterms)
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) as well as ERP systems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
• Monday is a fixed working day
