Development of project-specific procurement concepts in collaboration with the responsible departments.
Management of the procurement of components, services, and software during the development phase.
Preparation of decision-making bases for supplier selection and in-house production checks.
Monitoring of project budgets, calculations, and commercial targets.
Negotiation and maintenance of supplier agreements considering contractual frameworks.
Analysis of procurement markets as well as support in the evaluation and review of existing suppliers.
Control of material availability and relevant purchasing key figures up to production start.
Further development of procurement processes through digital solutions and standardised procedures.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with appropriate further training or university degree.
Professional experience in purchasing, ideally related to development or industrial projects.
Knowledge in the use of ERP systems and digital procurement solutions.
Business understanding as well as experience in evaluating commercial offers.
Independent working style and strong sense of responsibility.
Confident manner in negotiations and communication with internal and external contacts.
Willingness to undertake international business trips amounting to around 20%.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
