Specialist Sales Operations & Reporting (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks:

• Operational overall responsibility for the sales reporting of Porsche Switzerland AG
• Coordination of the weekly and monthly forecast and planning process
• Participation in the annual sales planning round with a focus on sales planning
• Analysis, preparation and interpretation of market and segment data of the Swiss automotive market
• Responsibility for order management and new vehicle allocation of Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) for the Swiss sales organisation
• Support of the importer fleet processes (planning, marketing, invoicing/logistics) in close cooperation with operational fleet management
• Assistance in processing and checking incoming incentive claims (focus SUVs)
• Responsibility for operation and further development of the respective systems and tools

Requirements:

• Completed studies in business, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in sales, planning or operations in the automotive industry, ideally in retail
• High affinity for numbers, analytical competence and pronounced process understanding
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Strong service orientation and customer focus
• High team and communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of other IT systems is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
