What you will do here
- Collaborate on research projects in the field of New Work, Leadership and Transformation (conceptualisation, data collection, analysis, publication).
- Support the institute in project management and organisational tasks in day-to-day business.
- Contribute to third-party funding applications and the preparation of new research projects.
- Occasionally take on teaching units and supervise students at Bachelor and Master level.
- Support project management in the preparation and communication of research results (e.g. for transfer events, publications, external appearances).
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed university degree (Master's) in Business Administration, Economic Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable field.
- Solid methodological knowledge in empirical research (qualitative and/or quantitative).
- Demonstrated professional interest in New Work, Leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Transformation.
- Experience in or strong affinity for project management as well as a structured, independent working style.
- Confident German language skills, good English skills (French skills are an advantage).
