Customer Service Representative (DE/IT Inbound) (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- You provide comprehensive and individual advice to customers on insurance topics in German and Italian
- You identify coverage gaps and guide customers to the optimal solution
- You bring your enthusiasm into the consultation and competently support existing customers with modern insurance products
- For complex enquiries, you work closely with internal specialist departments
- Thanks to your sales flair, you specifically arouse interest in suitable offers
- Completed vocational training, ideally with initial sales experience
- Interest in health insurance, ideally with industry experience
- Training as an insurance intermediary VBV or willingness to complete it
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good German and Italian skills
