The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. Are you looking for an exciting challenge where the person is at the centre? Would you like to develop further and take on a versatile role in a house with innovative working methods?
We are looking immediately or by arrangement at our tilia Elfenau location for a humorous- Personnel, professional and organisational leadership of a team of around 25 employees as well as competence-appropriate personnel deployment and work planning
- Responsibility for professional and resident-oriented care and support of around 28 residents in the residential area
- Responsibility for needs- and competence-appropriate personnel deployment planning of the residential area
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of care and support in close cooperation with the care support and those responsible for the care process
- Responsibility for implementing the defined care processes, quality standards and operational requirements in the residential area
- Active participation in care and support as well as regular contact with residents and relatives
- Promoting appreciative collaboration and a positive team and leadership culture
- Active involvement in change and development processes in the residential area and at the location
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Enjoyment of long-term care and leading and developing employees
- Several years of leadership experience as well as completed leadership training or willingness to undertake appropriate further training
- interRAI LTCF knowledge is an advantage or willingness to acquire this qualification
- Resident-oriented, responsible, solution-oriented and assertive personality with a strong awareness of quality
- Good communication and leadership skills as well as understanding of economic contexts
- Willingness to actively shape changes and take responsibility
- A versatile and responsible leadership role with scope for design
- Careful and structured induction process as well as support from our support team
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and regular exchange in specialist groups (Palliative Care, Basal Stimulation, Kinaesthetics, Wound Management, Aromatherapy, etc.)
- Wide internal training offer and support for part-time further education
- Occupational health management including cost contribution to sports activities
- Modern working conditions and support from specialist and expert teams
- Adherence to the Long-Term Care Collective Labour Agreement 2027
