To purposefully further develop the quality, regulatory, and information security systems and to continue successfully meeting the increasing demands of customers, authorities, and the group, we are seeking a structured, implementation-strong personality as Quality Manager.Your Responsibilities
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of quality and regulatory systems that ensure the quality, reliability, and conformity of the company’s products, services, and activities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards (ISO 9001 as well as, where applicable, UL and CSA)
- Function as management representative for quality systems and competent contact person for certification bodies, notified bodies, auditors, and authorities
- Establishment of mechanisms for performance monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions in the areas of quality, regulatory, and information security
- Promotion of quality awareness and continuous improvement across all departments, with a special focus on supplier management and supplier quality
- Development and maintenance of policies, procedures, controls, and evaluation mechanisms to support ISO 27001 and related information security frameworks
- Regular reporting to management, active participation in divisional quality management teams at other locations, and maintenance of interfaces with the group level
- Support for occupational safety (5–10% of working time) in safety programmes, employee information, and improvement suggestions as well as coordination between division and site; overall responsibility for EHS remains with the designated functions
Your Profile
- Degree in quality management or master’s degree; alternatively bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B.A.) with relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a quality engineer or in quality management in a regulated environment
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
- Training as a safety assistant or higher qualification according to Swiss regulations
- Expert knowledge in QMS software and SAP modules as well as confident use of MS Office
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (at least level C1)
