We advise employees, managers, and HR services on psychosocial issues, aiming to promote the well-being and performance of employees.

For our consulting office in Basel, we are looking for a Consultant 80 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

YOUR MISSION

• Advising employees of our client companies on operational, personal, health, financial, and reintegration-specific issues

• Regular case administration and ensuring seamless case documentation

• Supporting team management and/or client support as needed
• The main workplace is Basel. Deployments at other locations are possible if required.

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• Degree in Social Work or Psychology or related social sciences (FH or University) is mandatory
• Broad, several years of consulting experience
• Enjoyment in working with people from diverse backgrounds
• In-depth knowledge of social insurance issues is an advantage
• Additional training or experience in mediation, coaching, team interventions is desirable
• Language skills: fluent in German, business fluent in English and French
• A pinch of optimism & humour are welcome
