What you'll be doing here

Research and knowledge transfer in the fields of digital innovation and transformation, particularly in the context of AI, through research, publications, and practical projects

Independent acquisition and management of third-party-funded research and service projects in the field of digitalization - from idea development to successful implementation

Designing innovative teaching and continuing education programs in the field of digitalization, with a focus on future-oriented, practical formats

Strategic co-design and positioning of the Institute for Digital Technology Management through development of new topics, network building, and institutional cooperations

* The title of Professor may be used if the requirements set out in the BFH Staff Regulations are met.

What you'll bring with you

PhD/Doctorate in information systems, business administration, informatics, or a comparable field relevant to digitalization and technology management

Proven experience in successfully acquiring and managing research projects, combined with a network of relevant stakeholders from academia, business, and society

Teaching experience at universities, ideally with a focus on digitalization or related topics, as well as a willingness to develop innovative teaching formats

Professional experience or experience in practical research desirable

Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and oral, with the ability to prepare complex content in a way that is appropriate for the target audience; additional foreign languages are an advantage
