Clerk Order Processing & Export 60-80% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is a successful Swiss industrial company specialising in electronics and manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities:
You record and process customer orders from inquiry to delivery.
You independently create and process quotations.
Export processing including customs formalities is part of your daily business.
You coordinate deliveries with warehouse, production and freight forwarders.
You respond to customer enquiries in writing and by phone.
You keep master data and order-related information up to date in the ERP system.
You assist with administrative tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
You take on general tasks in internal sales as needed.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience.
You ideally bring several years of experience in order processing from a production environment.
Initial or solid experience in export processing is required.
You work confidently and routinely with MS Office.
Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage.
You work independently, in a structured and careful manner.
You present yourself calmly, reliably and professionally in customer contact.
Negotiation-level German and good English skills
