The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and markets state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in biopharma, chemistry, and breweries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, or sensors for measuring cell density, which are enormously important in biological processes and unique worldwide with their innovative technology.

What you can achieve:

• Collaboration with the field sales team: You work directly with colleagues in field sales in Austria and Switzerland and reliably support all sales tasks.
• Proactive follow-up: Whether with open offers, trade fair contacts, or enquiries – you take initiative and stay engaged with customers. You work proactively with colleagues from other departments to find the best solutions for our customers.
• Support with promotions & events: You pull together when preparing customer campaigns, mailings, or trade fairs.
• Clean data basis: You keep our customer data in the CRM up to date so that the entire team always has a full overview of the pipeline.

What you bring with you:

• Experience in inside sales: You have already worked in inside sales, sales support, or customer service and know the processes in B2B sales.
• Enjoyment of customer contact & communication: You approach people openly, like picking up the phone, and have a good sense of the right tone in conversation.
• Interest in technology: You don’t have to be an engineer – curiosity about technical topics is enough. We will thoroughly train you in everything related to our sensors. In doing so, you will get to know exciting industries and the challenges of our customers.
• Confident use of tools: You find daily use of CRM systems (such as Dynamics or HubSpot) and MS Office easy.
• Reliability & team spirit: You work in a well-structured way and see yourself as a true team player.
• Languages: Fluent German and good English in spoken and written form (C1).
