Mecaplex AG develops and produces high-quality glazing solutions for aviation. For the further development and standardisation of our production processes, we are looking for a committed student to support us in creating and optimising our work instructions and process documentation.

This is not just a desk job: the daily work leads directly into production, where interaction with employees, observation of individual work steps, and the preparation of existing know-how into a clear and understandable form are the focus.

Process Documentation & Work Instructions 20-50% (m/f/d) Part-time / Student Job

Your tasks

• Recording and documenting existing production processes directly at the workplace
• Creating clear and practical work instructions
• Close collaboration with our production staff, work preparation, and quality control
• Structuring work steps, inspection features, and important process parameters
• Creating and integrating photos, sketches, and other visual aids
• Revising and standardising existing work instructions
• Ensuring that the documentation is understandable and applicable in daily work for new and existing employees

Your profile

• Ongoing studies, ideally in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering, aviation, or a comparable technical field
• Interest in production processes and technical procedures
• Ability to describe complex processes simply and understandably
• Structured and independent working style
• Enjoyment of direct exchange with employees in production
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills
• Technical understanding and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Prior knowledge in aviation is an advantage but not a requirement
