We produce favourite products that inspire - in Switzerland and for Switzerland. As a machine operator with us, you produce a variety of baked goods for Swiss households. What you achieve

• As a team member, you operate and set up the production equipment, troubleshoot faults and ensure a smooth production process
• As the quality manager, you guarantee that all products leaving our plant meet the highest standards
• As a technical supervisor, you lead the personnel assigned to you at the plant and ensure that everyone knows exactly what to do
• Your active participation in production also includes craftsmanship - because you know that the best leaders are those who also get hands-on
• With your knowledge and experience, you enter production data into the SAP system, ensuring a constantly up-to-date overview

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Food industry
• Professional experience: 2 - 4 years as machine operator or baker
• You work with precision and care to meet the highest quality standards
• Your high awareness of quality and hygiene is essential to ensure that all our products comply with strict hygiene regulations
• You are reliable and can work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Your working hours are Monday to Friday (start time depending on shift plan between 03:00/05:00 or 07:00)
• German (A2)
