Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk
Your Responsibilities- Managing accounts payable (accounts payable workflow and creating payment runs)
- Managing accounts receivable (invoicing, dunning and debt collection)
- Contact person for employees and customers regarding accounts receivable and accounts payable queries
- Group-wide cash management as well as managing the main cash desk
- Participation in apprentice training
- General administrative tasks in finance & controlling
Your Profile
- A commercial education with specialised further training (e.g. accounting clerk)
- Professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Experience in dunning and debt collection
- A service-oriented, reliable and independent personality
- Structured, careful and solution-oriented working style
- Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and ideally practical experience with Abacus
