Accounting Employee 80-100% (m/f/d)
What you achieve
- You manage contract administration in the service business and support the sales units in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
- You initiate manual invoices, credit notes and refunds and assist with periodic billing.
- You process incoming payments from our customers.
- You manage outstanding receivables in close cooperation with the sales units.
- You share responsibility for dunning in Swiss sales.
- You assist in providing documents for tenders.
- You contribute to the preparation of analyses and reporting activities.
What you bring
- With your completed commercial basic training EFZ, you bring the ideal foundation for this versatile role.
- Thanks to your professional experience in financial accounting, you quickly understand complex contexts and work confidently in the areas of receivables management, invoicing and payment transactions.
- You use common Microsoft Office applications securely and efficiently. In addition, you have experience with SAP.
- You work independently, reliably and accurately and are characterised by a structured and responsible working style.
- You enjoy contact with different stakeholders and convince with your service-oriented, open and communicative manner.
- You communicate fluently in German and ensure professional exchange with internal and external contacts. Additional language skills (French, Italian) are an advantage.
