HR Time Management and System Support Polypoint PEP
Would you like to actively shape HR time management and sustainably improve processes?
In this responsible position, you continuously maintain and develop our time management system Polypoint PEP and thus make a significant contribution to efficient HR workflows.
As the central contact person for users in the area of quality management, you competently advise our internal customers. You support users in all matters concerning the deployment and planning system and bring your expertise specifically into the continuous optimisation of our work processes.
Your responsibilities also include maintaining icons, allowances and on-call duties according to the applicable guidelines and regulations.
Furthermore, you are a reliable support for our HR teams – especially in the areas of social insurance and absence management. You record payroll-relevant changes, process absences and actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings. In addition, you check absences and on-call duties before each payroll run and continuously verify the accuracy of the planning data.
Your tasks:
- Further development and support of the Polypoint PEP time management system
- Regular checking of planning data and targeted notifications to the responsible directors and managers
- Support and advice for managers and PEP users in the areas of planning, time recording and absence management
- System support, monitoring compliance with labour law and regular system clean-ups
- Maintenance of icons, allowances and on-call duties according to guidelines and regulations
- Checking absences and on-call duties before payroll runs
- Management of PEP user logins and permissions
- Verification of planning data for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training, ideally with further education or experience in human resources
- Proficient use of MS Office and interest in HR digitalisation
- Knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness as well as a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Initiative, organisational talent and a high sense of responsibility
Desirable: - Several years of professional experience in HR, especially in time management and/or payroll
- Sound knowledge of Polypoint PEP or comparable time management systems
