To complement our team at the Südhang Clinic in Kirchlindach, we are looking for an
IT Application Manager 80%
- Key role in the operation and further development of the administrative application landscape (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ID Diacos, Polypoint PEP, Microsoft Power BI)
- Lifecycle management of the supported applications (update and release management)
- Provision of 1st and 2nd level application support
- Coordination, specifications and evaluation of new system requirements
- Parameterisation of applications and their interfaces
- Participation in and assumption of IT project tasks and sub-project management
- Creation of training concepts and documentation
- Close collaboration with the specialist departments (finance, controlling, patient administration, medical controlling, HR), external service providers and manufacturers
- Deputy function in the clinical IT application area as well as representation of the IT service desks
- Training in computer science/medical informatics and professional experience in a comparable role
- Enjoyment of customer-oriented IT service delivery
- Quick comprehension and pronounced technical understanding
- Friendly and team-oriented personality with a strong service mentality
- Professional experience in healthcare as well as experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Polypoint PEP and Microsoft Power BI are advantageous
- Knowledge in application integration (e.g. via Mirth Connect) is an advantage
- Committed, structured and independent working style
- Project experience, analytical and networked thinking skills
