Clerk in the Municipal Council Office (80%) with a Focus on Inheritance Matters
Your tasks:
- You independently manage complex estate files and are responsible for all inheritance matters.
- You ensure the legally compliant handling of official procedures, especially inventories, estate divisions, and publications.
- You are the central contact person for the public and authorities on inheritance law questions.
- You assist in the residents’ registration office in the absence of the head and take on duties at the counter.
- You support the training of our apprentices in the office and the inheritance department.
- You assist with the preparation and follow-up of municipal council and residents’ council meetings.
- You organise municipal events.
- You take the minutes for the library commission.
- You undertake other varied tasks in the municipal council office.
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in inheritance matters or estate administration as well as sound knowledge of inheritance and matrimonial property law are essential.
- Experience in public administration is an advantage.
- You enjoy direct contact with the public and working at the counter.
- You work in a structured, precise, and independent manner and are characterised by high resilience and a quick grasp of matters.
- You want to actively develop the municipal council office and optimise processes.
- Discretion, a sense of responsibility, and a confident manner distinguish you.
