Your tasks

• Analysis and specification of business requirements in the area of service processes
• Development of technical solution concepts for our custom-developed service platform based on Node.js
• Support of departments in modeling and optimizing existing processes through digital solutions
• Evaluation of new requirements, releases, and features for the continuous development of the service application
• Accompanying process changes - from analysis through technical implementation to system introduction
• Participation in functional tests, interface checks (e.g., to ERP, CRM, or logistics systems), and quality assurance
• Documentation of system architecture, processes, and functions in close coordination with development and business departments
• Close collaboration with service departments, IT, external development partners, and other stakeholders within the corporate group
• Support in training and introduction of new functionalities in the service units
• Taking over 2nd level support for technical and process-related inquiries from the operational service area

Your skills

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, software engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in requirements analysis
• Technical understanding of web technologies (especially Node.js), APIs, and modular system architectures
• Solid knowledge in handling relational databases
• Analytical thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working style
• High degree of personal responsibility and strong quality awareness in dealing with demanding user groups
• High integrity and discretion
• Very good communication skills in German and English for coordination with interdisciplinary teams
