Construction Machinery Instructor

Do you have a knack for big machines and even more talent for explaining complex things simply and teaching people? You not only bring horsepower to the construction site but also know-how into the heads of our customers – with passion, patience, and a pinch of humor? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for!
Your mission:
- Win & inspire new customers – including offer magic and advice that makes an impression
- Give trainings that no one forgets – directly on site with our customers (whether in Zurich, Chur, or Bellinzona)
- Convey safety & work techniques – so that everyone has the foundation for a future professional
- Co-organize courses – including scheduling, coordination, and improvisation
- Create training materials – understandable, visual, and with that certain extra
What you should bring:
- A completed basic education, ideally as a road builder, civil engineer, or gardener – with M1/M2/M3/M6 training? Jackpot!
- You are not afraid of gravel, curves, and communication
- You are structured, organized, and remain calm even when the excavator beeps backward
- Expertise that inspires – and the ability to convey it casually
- Desire for real encounters, real machines, and real impact
- Solid MS Office skills
- German fluent, Italian a bonus? Perfect!
