The St. Josef Foundation is a significant organisation with a social mission in the canton of Aargau. Its core tasks include residential and day-structure opportunities for people with disabilities, the special education school, as well as a diverse therapeutic offering.
The Medical Service ensures the medical care of the children, adolescents and adults entrusted to us around the clock. It offers professional advice and support to the care staff and is in direct contact with the clients.
- Ensuring professional care and support of our clientele
- Coordination of emergency situations
- Ensuring night rest
- Medication management
- Basic and treatment care (e.g. tube feeding, monitoring)
- Documentation of observations and services according to RAI-NH in easyDok
- Training as a certified nurse HF or health professional
- Independent and structured way of working
- Taking responsibility for reacting and making decisions independently
- Committed, service-oriented and reliable personality who enjoys working in a small team
- Independent and varied activity in a lively environment
