For our HR & Communication division in Oensingen, we are looking for a personality to jointly drive personnel development, the digitalisation of our HR processes, and recruiting together with your team, starting by arrangement.

Your role

• Leading the HR team for development, projects and recruiting (2–3 employees)
• Continuous further development and modernisation of HR processes, employer branding, as well as advising managers on general HR topics and personnel selection
• Designing offers for personnel and leadership development, from leadership training to succession planning
• Managing HR projects and digitalising processes such as onboarding and offboarding, employee appraisals or work references
• Simplifying workflows and interfaces in HR, controlled by meaningful key figures

Your profile

• Higher education (FH, HF or university) in HR or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of HR experience in personnel development, employer branding, recruiting, as well as leadership experience
• Experience in digitalising HR processes, ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
• Confidence in project and process management
• Pragmatic, implementation-strong manner and enthusiasm for change
