What you can achieve
- Construction management: Monitoring construction execution according to plans, contracts, quality and safety requirements
- Schedule & cost control: Construction schedule, budget, invoice verification and construction accounting
- Cost estimation & tendering: Preparation of specifications according to NPK as well as obtaining, comparing and negotiating offers
- Coordination: Coordination and management of craftsmen, contractors, planners and authorities
- Acceptance & warranty management: Defect management, monitoring of rectification and support after handover
What you bring with you
- Education: Vocational training in construction, ideally bricklayer EFZ, draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture or comparable; further training as certified construction manager building construction HFP or near completion
- Experience: Several years of practice in local construction management and site organisation of Swiss building construction projects
- Expertise: Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law, SIA standards (especially SIA 118) and NPK
- Software & leadership: Confident handling of Messerli/Delta Project and MS Project as well as assertiveness in managing contractors
- Personality: Negotiation-secure German, structured and independent working style, high quality/cost awareness as well as willingness for occasional on-call duty
