• Taking overall project management, sub-project management or project support in IT and digitisation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Supporting and advising the specialist departments with expertise in technology, processes and project management in the design and implementation of effective IT and digitisation initiatives
• Accompanying our internal administrative clients in process design, business analysis as well as quality assurance and implementation of solutions
• Coordinating and connecting collaboration between clients, specialist departments, internal IT teams and external suppliers
• Further developing and co-shaping the project management section through innovative, trustworthy, effective and appreciative collaboration

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in managing IT and digitisation projects, ideally in a complex organisational environment
• University or university of applied sciences degree in computer science, business informatics or an equivalent qualification
• Further training in project and process management
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a good sense of priorities, risks and different interests
• Communicative and open personality with enjoyment of trustworthy and appreciative collaboration with clients, specialist departments and suppliers
• Enjoyment in co-designing and implementing innovative, sustainable and effective solutions for the cantonal administration

Your working environment

The Department of Finance and Resources with around 650 employees is a cross-sectional department responsible for ensuring that the canton has the resources necessary to fulfil its tasks.
IT solutions facilitate daily work and make it more efficient. The employees of the Informatics Aargau department contribute to increasing the efficiency of the cantonal administration. They are responsible for the strategy and operation of central IT. They accompany cantonal major projects and ensure powerful and modern IT solutions that enable the public uncomplicated contact and exchange with the cantonal administrative offices.
