In the course of an orderly succession, we are looking for a sales-strong leader as Co-Managing Director (m/f/d).

In this key role, you will assume overall operational and financial responsibility for sales. As a top salesperson, you will personally visit important customers and know how to develop new markets – whether in print or digital media – together with the management team.

Your tasks

• Co-overall responsibility for personnel, economic, organisational and administrative management
• Leadership, promotion and support of subordinate employees
• Drive operational business & bring innovations to the market

Your profile

• Proven leadership experience in sales, ideally in the media industry
• Strong customer and closing orientation combined with business acumen
• Solid further training in sales and business administration
• Experience in managing sales key figures, margin and cost management
• Assertive, integrative personality with drive and passion for sales and the market
• Hunter mentality, goal- and result-oriented
• Resilient, decisive
• Inspiring leader with a role model function
• Strong communication skills in German, French and Italian
