About the job
Help shape how Axpo works with AI. As our AI Adoption Specialist in Baden, you'll design and deliver learning journeys that build AI confidence across teams, turning new tools into everyday, responsible use. We welcome your unique perspective.
Design learning programs: assess AI literacy needs across audiences and build curricula and learning journeys – from foundational literacy to advanced, role- and tool-specific use.
Plan change and communication: lead change management strategies (e.g. ADKAR) that embed AI into everyday work, and define communication plans, key messages and campaigns per audience and channel.
Drive adoption: deliver hands-on trainings, workshops and adoption sessions across Axpo locations, moving people from first awareness to confident, everyday application on the job.
Partner with AI and product teams: work with GenAI engineers, product owners, data and platform teams to turn new tools, agents and use cases into practical enablement and guidance.
Engage the community: grow a network of AI champions, organise community events, showcase internal use cases, and act as a sparring partner for leaders building AI-confident teams.
Measure and improve: define adoption and literacy KPIs, monitor usage and feedback, report impact, and embed responsible, secure and compliant AI use into every learning offering.
What you bring & who you are:
Strong AI literacy and hands-on experience with AI tools (LLM assistants, copilots, agents, AI-supported automation), with a practical understanding of their capabilities, limitations and responsible use.
You can translate technical concepts into clear, practical, role-relevant guidance for non-technical audiences.
2-4 years of experience in technology enablement, digital adoption, technical training, learning & development or change management, ideally in a technology environment.
Experience designing and delivering enablement activities, from needs analysis and planning to content development, delivery and measurement.
Strong facilitation and content creation skills, with the ability to independently create engaging materials across formats such as e-learning, video, visuals and written guidance.
Working knowledge of change and adoption approaches, adoption KPIs and usage analytics; comfortable with M365, Teams, SharePoint and similar tools.
Experience across business areas, countries or stakeholder groups is a plus
Languages: English and German are required (our working languages); other languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Polish) are a strong advantage.
Even if you don't meet every point, we encourage you to apply.
About the team: You'll work closely with the GenAI Competence Center and stakeholders across Axpo's business areas – a collaborative, international group passionate about making AI transformation a shared, human success, not just a technical one.
Benefits:
At our company, we strive to create a culture of continuous learning, personal growth, and inter- national community involvement. We're passionate about providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed, and we're confident that you'll love being part of our team!
