We are a dedicated architectural firm that shapes the building culture with its diverse projects, ranging from urban planning, architecture and interior design to product design.
Tasks
PQ’s
- Research and the necessary understanding of the most important selection criteria for possible participation in competitions, prequalifications and study commissions
- Identification and proposal of suitable projects for the respective tenders
- Creation of appropriate project descriptions for applications
- Preparation and compilation of prequalification and price application documents as well as their independent submission
Communication
- Interface for internal and external communication enquiries: responsible for internal communication channels (internal information, intranet)
- Contact point for media and other communication-related enquiries and coordination with the responsible contacts
- Creation of press materials in collaboration with the responsible department
- Implementation of short- and long-term communication measures within the framework of the overall management strategy
- Responsible for social media channels within the overall strategy
- Writing texts about construction projects (e.g. for the website) in collaboration with project managers
- Content management of the website (texts, textual adjustments)
- Coordination of publications, exhibitions and book projects
Events
- Organisation and implementation of events such as staff occasions, office trips, etc.
Requirements
- University of applied sciences degree in architecture as well as a strong affinity and interest in architecture and design
- Experienced in writing both short and longer texts as well as in the textual management of websites and social media channels
- Native German speaker with excellent linguistic and textual skills. Good French and/or English skills, both spoken and written, are an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in dealing with various internal and external contacts
- High degree of independence, initiative, sense of responsibility and quality awareness, organisational talent
- Professional experience in communication or related to architecture
