What to expect
- In this role, the focus is on developing and optimising pricing strategies aimed at sustainable profitability and competitiveness
- You will work closely with category management, sales, and other departments to implement operational pricing tactics
- Contributing to the development of a data-driven and performance-oriented discount and conditions structure to promote efficiency and transparency
- You continuously monitor the market and analyse competitor data to derive concrete recommendations for action
- Conducting data analyses, further developing relevant KPIs, and co-designing tools for dynamic pricing
- You accompany A/B tests, measure the success of pricing measures, and implement strategic guidelines purposefully
- Independently contributing ideas for the continuous improvement and further development of pricing processes and models
What you bring
- Completed studies (FH or university) in economics, business informatics, or a related field
- Initial professional experience of 2–3 years in e-commerce, retail, or a data-driven environment is an advantage
- Experience and understanding of core concepts in pricing
- Very good analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and confident handling of data and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, R, Python, SPSS, Power BI)
- Very good German and good English skills; French skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Initiative, openness to change, and ideally first experience with change processes
